Notice to Solicitors

This notice is directed to any party that has obtained the contact information of Quez Coffee Co. LLC or its principals through domain registration records (WHOIS), business filings, scraped public listings, purchased lead lists, or any similar source — including but not limited to vendors offering website design, redesign, SEO, marketing, advertising, lead generation, branding, content, copywriting, app development, or related professional services.

1. We are not soliciting your services

Quez Coffee Co. LLC is not in the market for unsolicited website, design, SEO, marketing, or related services. We did not request a proposal, audit, quote, sample, “free site mockup,” or introductory call, and we do not consent to receiving such outreach.

2. Unsolicited contact is treated as a paid consultation request

By initiating contact with Quez Coffee Co. LLC or its principals — via email, telephone call, voicemail, text message, contact form, social media direct message, or any other channel — for the purpose of selling, pitching, marketing, or soliciting interest in any service described above, you acknowledge that:

Our time spent reviewing, responding to, screening, or otherwise processing your outreach has commercial value;
You are requesting a paid consultation, and
You agree to compensate Quez Coffee Co. LLC at the rate stated below for any and all time expended in connection with your outreach.

Consultation rate: $250 USD per hour, billed in 15-minute increments, with a one-hour minimum per outreach event. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of issuance. Reasonable collection costs and fees may be added to unpaid balances.

3. Definition of an outreach event

An “outreach event” means any sequence of one or more communications from a single party, organization, agent, or affiliate within a thirty-day window, regarding the same or a substantially similar offer. Follow-ups, bumps, “just checking in” messages, and outreach from new agents on behalf of the same firm continue the same outreach event.

4. Honest inquiry exception

This notice does not apply to: (a) prospective customers; (b) suppliers, wholesalers, or distributors of coffee, honey, food, packaging, or hospitality goods; (c) prospective event or catering partners; (d) media or press inquiries; (e) job candidates; or (f) any party Quez Coffee Co. LLC has affirmatively invited to contact us. If you are unsure whether this notice applies to you, do not send the message.

5. Stop contact & record retention

Any further contact from a party after notice of this policy will be retained as evidence of repeated solicitation and may be reported to applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, and consumer-protection authorities, in addition to any private remedies.

6. Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States. Venue for any dispute lies in Pottawattamie County, Iowa.
